Riot is a club in southern Watson. This scene was a part of that club, you can get there via "I Don't Wanna Hear It" side job and "Violence" gig Scene: Room + lighting. My lighting setup is close to original, so feel free to edit it as you wish. Projected decals are in separate group, so you need to unhide them in case you want to move the scene around.
